The Becks Woods Maintenance Corporation is a non-profit organization formed by the original developer of Becks Woods to serve all residents of the development.
- Own the common areas — maintaining shared green spaces, walkways, and communal assets that define our neighborhood character.
- Maintain streets and walkways — ensuring safe, well-kept infrastructure throughout the entire development.
- Enforce restrictive covenants — upholding deed restrictions that preserve the appearance and long-term value of Becks Woods.
- Serve all members — operating for the benefit of every homeowner, with authority to establish committees for social and athletic activities.
